How It Works...

The following applies to orders placed after 1st March 2025.

Start off by creating your return using our online form, here. Then, once you've sent your badges back to us, we'll either process a full refund (within 30 days) or issue a credit to your account, as per the timeline below.

• Full Refund: Return within 30 days.
• 50% Credit: Return between 31–60 days.
• 25% Credit: Return between 61–90 days.
• Beyond 90 Days: Returned badges go back into circulation to benefit more young people.

Returned badges need to be in a re-saleable condition so we can pop them back in to circulation, ready for more adventures! Now there's no need to have stacks of surplus badges you can't use!

PLUS! It's not just Pawprint Family badges you can return...

...you can send us surplus badges of any kind! Yes, get ready to clear your cupboards!! We'll use them to build Swap Packs, which will be available to purchase in support of the Pawprint Trust. Every purchase will contribute to providing grants for young people, helping them access everyday adventures and create lasting memories.
